Private Customers
Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be sealed, unused, and in perfect condition, just as you received it.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that returns are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. The refund will be processed immediately, after receipt and inspection of your order.
Business Customers
Business customers and companies do not have the right to return or withdraw orders.
Exceptions
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or if your order arrives damaged, Phoneandall will cover the return shipping costs and handle the return process.
